December 16, 2008 — New Hawk. If I hadn't been looking out the window at that exact moment, I wouldn't have seen this beautiful hawk land in our tree. I wasn't sure what he was, so posed the ID question to the BirdForum. After some back and forth discussion, the consensus was a Cooper's Hawk!
