New Orleans in better times... elegant Saint Louis Cathedral where John (my brother) & Lori were married, wrought iron balconies, Mardi Gras floats and plastic beads. Street artists, music floating out of French Quarter clubs and kids tapping for coins. It's a city with heart & soul.

The second picture from the bottom was taken in the summer of 1973: John standing in front of the Superdome, still under construction.

The last photo is from 1975: John playing basketball at the University of New Orleans.
